Staff Leasing Services (Staffing, Outstaffing, Outsourcing)

  • The Staff Leasing Services are reflected in search and selection and subsequent enrollment of staff by AVENIR LABOR SERVICES LLC (an AVENIR GROUP company) for the Client. The out-staffed employees perform their employment obligations in favor of the Client at Client’s office or on Client's site, as may be designated by the Client. The leased staff acts under Client’s supervision only. The Staff Leasing Services entail a detailed segregation of rights and liabilities between the Client and Avenir, so as to assure due compliance with the provisions of Labor Legislation.

    Avenir Functions:
    1. Search and selection of required staff (where necessary)
    2. Execution of the labor or civil contracts with selected specialists in accordance with Russian labor laws
    3. The provision of the monthly salary calculation results, on the basis of initial information from the Client
    4. The calculation and payment of the income tax and other social taxes
    5. The calculation of the compensation for vocation and for unused vocation
    6. The preparing of the accounts (the social tax, the personal income tax and pension fund accounts)
    7. The balance of payments accordance to staff
    8. The salary payment on the personal banking accounts of the staff
    9. The preparing of the documents for the Obligatory medical insurance and the retirement insurance (upon requirement)
    10. Termination of employment contracts or civil-law agreements upon mutual consent of all parties, including Staff, Client and Avenir
