- Develop an internal search strategy
- Contact the appropriate candidates in accordance with the chosen strategy
- Search for potential candidates in our own database and through partners’ networks
- Conduct interviews and negotiations with potential candidates
- Evaluate candidates’ personal and professional qualities and verify their tendered references
