Since 1996 Maxim worked as a Financial Planning Manager and later as a Manager of Group Accounting with SFAT Joint Stock Company, a major international railway transportation operator. In 1998, he joined Armstrong Europa GmbH (part of the NYSElisted Armstrong World Industries, Inc.) as the Financial Manager and Credit Controller. Since January 1999, Maxim has worked as a Managing and HR Director and then Partner of Avenir Group. He has produced several professional publications.
