    10. Not enticing away from the client employees and people placed by Avenir
    11. Not presenting the same candidates for parallel projects
    12. Providing partner terms when fulfilling partner orders
    13. Providing f lexibility and assistance needed to facilitate the growth of clients’ business
    14. Guaranteeing replacement within six months, free of additional charge, of any specialist who fails the probation period or leaves the clients’ company without a valid reason
