- Representing clients’ interests in negotiations with candidates
- Not enticing away from the client employees and people placed by Avenir
- Not presenting the same candidates for parallel projects
- Providing partner terms when fulfilling partner orders
- Providing f lexibility and assistance needed to facilitate the growth of clients’ business
- Guaranteeing replacement within six months, free of additional charge, of any specialist who fails the probation period or leaves the clients’ company without a valid reason
