AVENIR is pleased to offer the Survey of Salaries, Compensation and Benefits among companies and job seekers in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg for the autumn 2008.

The Research is aimed at analysing the level of salaries, as well as the level of compensations and benefits other than base salary and determination of the market trends on labor remuneration at foreign and local businesses in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.

Our survey can be called unique because we received the information from two sources: employers (Russian and foreign companies) and job-seekers (candidates who were interviewed in our company).

New AVENIR is the only company on the market that provides detailed findings in its survey reports. Meanwhile the importance of this is obvious: we look into the situation from the point of view of both sides involved in it—the employer and the employee. This Survey may help our clients strengthen their employee motivation, improving thereby the climate and reducing personnel turnover at their companies.

The Survey comprises:

1. Part 1: Survey of Companies;
2. Part 2: Survey of Job-seekers who had been interviewed as candidates for our recruitment Clients.

The major prerequisite for a high quality comparative analysis of data is the exact identity of Avenir queries addressed to job-seekers and the Survey Participant companies. Both for Part 1 and Part 2 of the Survey we had selected 65 positions which are normally part of the following departments:
